Usually when we go to banks to complete our transactions, we need to stand in the queue. Since I am a senior citizen I find it very tedious to observe these procedures. I wish and suggest that the Bank authorities should open a separate counter particularly to serve the senior citizens, and aged people who cannot stand in the queue for long periods. I sincerely feel all the Banks and public services in the country should be sensitive to such issues and provide such facilities to senior citizens..
