In a consumer friendly step forward, and with a view to improve customer service, the "Department of Post, India, Delhi circle " has called for a DAK ADALAT on 6th May 2014.
The objective of the "DAK ADALAT" will be to look into the complaints from users in Delhi relating to mails, counter services, VP articles, Speed Post articles, Foreign mail Articles and Postal Life Insurance.
