How do you want vendors to respond to your issues??

As a retail customer, more often than not we experience various kinds of vendor behaviour sometimes complying with their advertisements and many a time deviating diametrically away from their claims.

So how do we react to these when we face them first hand??

What impressions do we form about the companies who stick to their claims and who do not-when the customer is question is the very ourselves??

Let us take a step back-what do we expect as a behaviour from the companies when we register our satisfaction or the lack of it with them? Do we expect them to listen to us and hear our issues and take care of them or we are no more bothered!!!

We are herewith enclosing for you a thought provoking article by the prominent columnist Alokananada Chakraborty that appeared in Business Line on 14th October on this subject: Consumer and the Social Media.

We feel this is very much relevant to the spirit of Customerawaaz i.e; your awaaz.
