BADMINTON EVENT TO BE CONDUCTED ON WORLD CONSUMER RIGHTS DAY 15TH March 2020
Registrations for the tournament in the age groups 35-49 & 50+ are open currently.
The last date for registrations is 19th Feb 2020.
The tournament has doubles games format only amongst the same gender in the age groups mentioned.
The expected dates of commencement of the tournament in Bangalore as well as Delhi are from 22nd Feb 2020.
The tournament has been scheduled to be conducted on weekends only starting from 22nd Feb till 8th March 2020 in each city. However the actual commencement will be based on the number of registrations. For eg, based on sufficient number of registrations the pre qualifying rounds uptosemi finals of the tournament are expected to be conducted on the weekends of 22nd& 23rd Feb, 29th Feb & 1st Mar, 7th& 8th Mar 2020.
The registration fees per team is mentioned as per the brochure.
The fees should be paid online /NEFT by each team's primary partner as a lumpsum amount.
The transaction reference number should be mentioned in the application form.
The winners from each category in each city as on 8th March 2020 will then play each other at Delhi as per the draw dates on 14th/15tof March.
The schedule for the finals will be announced by end of day of 8th March/9th March.
The cost of travel for the finalists from Bangalore for each category to Delhi and back to Bangalore shall be borne by Consumer Metrics Informatics Pvt Ltd. (here after known as the company).
The travel and stay arrangements for the finalists from Bangalore to Delhi and from Delhi to Bangalore shall be arranged by the company-by train only.
The travel arrangements shall be made in such a way that the finalists shall reach Delhi by 13th March and shall leave Delhi by 15th March end of the day.
In case of any change in itinerary, the participants shall have to bear the difference in charges at their own expense.
Registrations once done cannot be cancelled and no amount can be refunded.
